New Family Admissions Checklist

Welcome to our Admissions Checklist Resource page. This page will help new families better understand the processes required to move from prospective family to official member of our Bergan family. If you have questions, please know we are here to help make this transition as stress free as possible. You can reach us at admissions@berganknights.org or by calling 402-936-3021.

Submit Your Application for Admission

New families apply to Bergan Catholic through Sycamore Education. Applications are open year round. For any questions, contact our admissions team at admissions@berganknights.org. Ready to apply? Start the application process. You will need Bergan's Sycamore School Code which is 1100.

Application Status

Once your application has been submitted, our admissions team will notify you the next step of the application process. If you are transferring from another K-12 school, a review of prior academic records is required prior to enrollment. Families wishing to enroll must complete the Release of Records request form. Download and complete the form then send a scanned copy of the form to admissions@berganknights.org.

Enrolling in Tuition Management

Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will need to enroll in Tuition Management. This is where your yearly tuition is managed and where you will pay your enrollment fee. Click here to access the instructions you will need to successfully navigate the Tuition Management process.

Apply For Scholarships

New and current families can apply for scholarships to help offset the cost of tuition. However, several of these are financial based and may require tax documentation. Uniforms

Students in grades K-12 are required to wear school approved uniforms. While at first this may seem daunting, it actually is a life-changing moment for our families as it removes the stress of deciding what to wear each morning and whether or not it's parent approved. Uniforms make mornings easier. For more information visit our uniform page.
